Today, we are going to talk about “Pushing Yourself Beyond Resistance.” Learning to pass through the buildup of habits, the self-doubt, and build this muscle of strength inside you.

What is Resistance?

Resistance can be a defiant stance in the mind , body, and soul. The dictionary explanation is ” a psychological defense mechanism where a person rejects, denies, or opposes the therapeutic efforts of a pyschotherapist.” For me, I find resistance to be laziness, finding the effort task my body or mind to perform a task. Maybe, we have taken on the “I don’t care mentality.”

Are you guilty? Cause, I am. We all fight change or the betterment of our mind, body, and soul. It’s human nature. The key to building a life that you desire is

The thing we must remember that pushing yourself beyond resistance whether it be self-doubt, denial, that mental clogging crap in our head that it take only 5 seconds to change everything. There’s a secret I have learned; that the longer I stay with those down, negative feelings, the less energy I have,

the less of a fabulous

life I will live.

Yet, when I practice and apply the 5 second rule to my thoughts, this unbelievable energy transports me to a different kind of thinking. Learning to rely on myself and say:

I Can Do This!

This is self-discipline, is me relying on doing the hard things. The challenge is to quiet the mind, and pass through those self destructive thoughts.

See, your soul always knows what to do to heal itself. Also, that we must use the 5 second rule to help the mind process through the thoughts that is holding it back.
